Our Company own 10 units of German-made offset pr inting machines, with advanced, perfect pre-pr ess and post-pr ess equipment . From time to time, we pursue refined techniques and offer quality products . We have scored a high reputation from our customers ma king great achievements in printing hang tags , barcode products with programmed counterfeit effect requested by the customer and also many other effects can be made.
In accordance to our business strategy of “quality first, service sincerity , joint effort and keeping improvement”, our company provides the customer with diversified products, integrated services from design, film output, color separation , proofing , advanced printing, post-production process, quality control and perfect delivery with all-around services. We own more than 60 units of Computerized Woven Label Weaving Machines being o ne of the largest Label manufacturer of China. Our machines include Swiss made Jakob Muller H igh-speed C omputerized Weaving M achine s , Computerized Narrow Fabric Cutting ( needle loom ) Machines , and Japan made Computerized Shuttle Label Weaving Machines , etc. There are all fully equipped with auxiliary equipment s such as Jakob Muller Brand Computerized Ultrasonic Label Trimming, Cutting and Folding Machines, Label Starching Machines, Iron Pressing M achine s and Warper (Warp Yarn) , etc.
In addition to the up-dated e quipment s , we have our high techniques on label design and products improvement, to achieve the high quality and latest trademarks products.
We develop successfully the latest products such as “Double/Triple Layer Woven Label”, “High Weft Density Damask Label” and “Digital Colors Labels”, etc. . |

● Introduction: Tradem ark & Silk-screen Printing Department
Our plant now own 15 trade mark & silk-screen printing machines, including stamping machine, trade mark printing machine, high-speed 5-color two-side rotary press, computerized full-automatic roll and flat silk-screening printing machine, UV processing machine, computer ized ultrasonic label cutting machine. In addition to the advanced machineries, we also own number of experienced technicians to ser v e different customer needs. |
